​Total Time: ~20–25 Minutes ​Phase 1: Airflow & Vocal Cord Closure (5 Mins) ​Objective: Wake up your breathing muscles and get your vocal cords vibrating efficiently without air leakage. ​Lip Trills: Slide up and down a 5-note or octave scale.
