How about the subscription fee's to TuneCore and DistroKid if I decide to publish through Dreamweavers Records International?

Adding additional primary artists to TuneCore costs $14.99 per artist per year.  

However, there are a few important rules and tier requirements to keep in mind:

1. Subscription Requirement: Only the Professional Plan ($49.99–$54.99/year) supports multiple primary artists. The lower Unlimited tiers (Rising Artist and Breakout Artist) allow only one primary artist name.  

2. Included Artist: The Professional plan base price includes one primary artist. Each secondary or subsequent primary artist added to the account incurs the $14.99 annual fee.  

3. Unlimited Releases: Once an artist slot is purchased, you can distribute an unlimited number of releases under that artist's name for the year without paying per single or album.

4. Featured Artists vs. Primary Artists: If an artist is only credited as a Featured Artist on a track (rather than a Primary Artist), you generally do not need to purchase an additional artist slot. Extra artist fees apply when you are releasing tracks or albums where that individual or group is designated as the main artist/co-primary artist.

   
   

   Unlike TuneCore's model of paying a flat $14.99 per individual add-on, DistroKid does not sell artist slots one by one. Instead, you must upgrade to a plan tier that accommodates the total number of artist/band names you manage.

• No Prorated Single-Artist Add-on: If you are on the standard Musician plan and want to add a second primary artist, you cannot simply buy a slot for $10 or $15—you must upgrade to Musician Plus. If you need a third artist, you must jump to the Ultimate (5 Artists) plan.

• Permanent Slot Locking: Once an artist name is used to distribute a release on DistroKid, that slot cannot be erased, replaced, or recycled to free it up for a different artist later. If an artist leaves or ceases releasing music, that slot remains tied to their catalog as long as the music is active under that account.

• Featured Artists Are Free: As with most distributors, if a secondary artist is only credited as a "Featured Artist" on a track (e.g., Artist A feat. Artist B), it does not take up an artist slot on your account. Slots are only consumed by Primary Artists or co-primary collaborations.

Dreamweavers Records International registered a Professional Plan with TuneCore and the DistroKid Musician Plus with DistroKid, which will be upgraded to Ultimate soon To save money, you are encouraged to only register with a 10 USD per year account on DistroKid so that your royalty spilt can be paid directly to you by DistroKid.

For the launch of Dreamweavers Record Label on 15 September 2026, we have already agreed with 3 artists to publish works for them, free of any charges for them (with a signed publication, distribution and promotion contract in tact).

One artists is a premium subscriber to our Facebook page and publication, distribution AND PROMOTION on all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok) will be part of the premium subscriber benefits we offer for 9.67 USD per month.

How we will promote our artists:

1. By creating, co-managing and promoting a Facebook Fan Group tied to our Facebook page and sharing your content there & resharing content you share there.

2. By publishing reels on our Facebook pages, YouTube channels, TikTok accounts, and adding your publicized sounds from the catalogues to the reels so that views will count towards your streams with the distributors.

3. By promoting your artist page, that will be created for each signed artists on our website, with all your social media and music channel links, through promotion campaigns on social media.
