Total Time: ~20–25 Minutes
Phase 1: Airflow & Vocal Cord Closure (5 Mins)
Objective: Wake up your breathing muscles and get your vocal cords vibrating efficiently without air leakage.
Lip Trills: Slide up and down a 5-note or octave scale. Keep your cheeks and jaw completely loose.
The "Gug" Drill: Sing a 5-note scale using a hard, crisp "Gug" sound to force your vocal cords to close cleanly.

Phase 2: Resonance Placement & Soft Palate Lift (8 Mins)
Objective: Lift the soft palate to eliminate unwanted nasality while focusing sound into the "mask" (cheekbones and lips) for maximum natural projection.
Humming into "Maa": Start with an "Mmm" sound to find the buzz in your lips, then drop your jaw into an open "Maa" vowel without losing that forward resonance.
The Yawn-Sigh: Start at the top of your range on a relaxed "Ah" and slide down like a sigh, keeping the back of your throat wide open as if you're about to yawn.

Phase 3: Registration & Range Extension (10 Mins)
Objective: Blend your chest voice and head voice into a seamless "mixed voice," ensuring your tone stays consistent from your lowest notes to your highest.
Sirens: Slide from your lowest comfortable note to your highest on an "Oo" or "Ee" vowel, focusing on a smooth transition through your vocal break.
Vowel Uniformity Scales: Sing Ah - Eh - Ee - Oh - Oo on a single note, making sure the tone doesn't turn thin or nasal as the vowels shift.
