Elevating Our Sound: A Smarter Way We Are Promoting Your Music

Good Day, Dreamweavers!

As we continue to grow, bridging your incredible creativity with the best digital opportunities remains our top priority.

To ensure your music and your personal brand get the maximum visibility they deserve, we are rolling out a highly focused, curated promotion strategy across our 4 Facebook Pages and 17 Community Groups.

What is the new approach? Rather than blasting every update everywhere all at once—which can actually dilute how many fans see your work—we are moving to a deliberate, spaced-out rotation schedule. By pacing our promotions, we allow every single release, announcement, and spotlight the space it needs to breathe, gain momentum, and reach the right audiences organically.

What does this mean for our Featured Artists?

  • The Spotlight You Deserve: Each day, we will intentionally highlight just one specific Page and one Community Group. When it is your day to shine in your dedicated fan group, the content will be exclusive, engaging, and tailored directly to the listeners who love you most.

  • Smarter Page Distribution: We will be rolling out major announcements on the main Dreamweavers label page first, and then strategically sharing them to the Signed Artist Page, Featured Artists Page, and my professional page over the following days. This ensures your music lands natively in front of different listeners without getting lost in the noise.

  • Stronger Communities: From our broad Main Community Group to our fan spaces, our focus is shifting heavily toward building genuine conversation and deep fan engagement.

Your Role in the Roster While Dreamweavers will actively promote your dedicated fan group according to this new roster, these communities ultimately thrive on your direct connection. We need you to post fresh content directly into your fan group yourself.

To keep our promotional push impactful, we will only direct traffic to active communities. If there is no new content posted by you in your group since the previous promotion cycle, your group will be skipped in the current rotation. Keeping your space updated ensures you never miss a promotional push and your fans always have something new to enjoy! One post a month is more than sufficient for the fan groups, This excludes paid promotion campaigns that Dreamweavers deploy for pre-saved releases and newly released music published through out Record Label.

This new strategy is all about quality over volume. It protects the health of our platforms and ensures that when your track drops, the world actually hears it.

This new approach was developed after re-evaluating Meta's dealing with content, in general Our pages are all in good health and recommendable at the moment, but that alone is not the sole target, we want to use the correct strategies that promotes engagement and not lead to suppression of content. Make sure that you do take the time to read Meta's Community Standards and Guidelines as well as what is regarded as original, authentic content. It is also advisable to not just share a link to your page or group, but rather to create a post, with either an image or a reel, and a clear, short topic, not more than 3 hashtags and the link you want to share. Use links sparingly though! If you already posted your artist page link with all necessary links to your music platforms and social media pages, pinned it to your personal page or fan group featured section, refer your fans to your links there.

The fact that you as well as Dreamweavers add your music to promotional reels from the catalogue, is already great!. Your fans can easily track it from there and open it in the platform of their choice. For members who publishes original music through us, we will include your artist page link in promotional reels where we added your music from catalogues to the reels, for Featured Artists who wants a cover song to be promoted, we will add your Facebook Fan group link.

Thank you for being the heartbeat of DWS. Let’s keep building something extraordinary together.
